01 — Project Overview
The brief
Pulse Athletic Club is a premium gym with a magnetic in-person energy that its flat, static website completely failed to capture. There was no compelling reason to join online, and class schedules — a major draw — were buried several clicks deep.
The goal was to translate the club’s intensity and community into a digital experience that drove memberships, with a clear, motivating path to join and effortless access to live class schedules.

How we did it
We shadowed a day at the club to capture its pace, its people, and its sense of momentum, then defined a high-energy join path and a clear set of membership tiers. The design is bold and kinetic with a crimson accent and motion that conveys progress rather than decoration.
We built live class schedules and a streamlined signup flow, then launched alongside a new-year membership campaign to capture peak demand.

The results
Membership signups rose 58% and class bookings jumped 72% as schedules moved front and centre. Trial-pass redemptions more than doubled, feeding a steady stream of prospective members into the club.
