01 — Project Overview

The brief

BrightPath Foundation funds youth-education programs and has a genuinely moving mission. But that emotion was being lost: the story was buried, impact was abstract, and the donation flow was clunky enough that motivated supporters dropped off before giving.

The objective was to turn empathy into action — an impact-led narrative paired with a giving experience so smooth that the moment of motivation translated directly into a donation.

02 — Project Execution

How we did it

We listened to staff, volunteers, and donors to understand what actually motivates giving, then defined an impact-led narrative anchored in real stories and outcomes. The design is hopeful and human, with an emerald accent and photography that centres the people served.

We built one-tap and recurring giving with transparent impact storytelling at the point of donation, then launched ahead of a year-end giving campaign.

03 — Project Outcome

The results

Online donations rose 86% and recurring donors grew 53%, giving the foundation a base of predictable funding. Volunteer signups nearly tripled as the clearer story made it obvious how to get involved.
